Elizabeth PETERS (dau. of Samuel PETERS and Mary [UNKNOWN]) was probably born in
British Colonial America c. 1740's.
She was married to Uriah WRIGHT possibly in British Colonial America (New York?)
Uriah WRIGHT (parents unknown) was a Loyalist from Dutchess County, New York who brought his family to what was then Nova Scotia in 1783. He is likely the Uriah Wright who was granted land in Parrtown (St. John) in 1784 and 205 acres of land in Bellisle Bay, Kings County, New Brunswick in 1786. In 1787 he sold land in Kings County, N.B. and bought land in Queens County, N.B., probably moving his family there.
By 1807, according to the Power of Attorney document, Elizabeth Peters and Uriah Wright had returned to America and were living in Broom County, New York.
No information concerning children is known at this time.
